Do you know someone with an "extra mile" attitude?

Go the extra mile "GEM" is an employee recognition program at The Beistle Company; recognizing those employees who put their "extra mile" attitudes into action. Employees are encouraged to nominate co-workers whom they feel display an attitude or action that goes above and beyond their normal job responsibilities. Each nomination will be reviewed to make sure it fits the extra mile profile. If it does, the nominee will be awarded with a certificate and a ribbon. Each nominee for that month will then be eligible for a monthly drawing to receive a T-shirt and gift card.
